All products are checked before they are dispatched but in the unlikely event
you receive a damaged item please send it back to us at 15 Silicon Place |
Tullamarine | Victoria | 3043 |and we will by return send you out a
replacement. This will be a free of charge replacement if the item was damaged
prior to delivery. Any wear and tear or misuse is not covered under our returns
policy. In the event of none-delivery, a single free of charge replacement will
only be issued if the purchaser. If you are in any doubt please email us with
your questions prior to purchase.

| As a precaution to Credit card
fraud we can only send orders to the address to which the credit card is
registered. We accept all major credit and debit cards Inc: Visa*, MasterCard,
Switch, Maestro, Solo, JCB and American Express. We also accept cheques for
mail order purchases (please allow 7-10 days for cheques to clear) before
orders are sent out.

Orders

| If the item you ordered is out of stock you will be
notified by e-mail or phone within 24 hours. We will also let you know when the
item should be coming into stock and give you details of other similar products
that are in stock at present. As all payment for orders are not taken until the
product is shipped out if you wish not to wait for the item to come back in
stock it is easy to cancel the order with no hassles regarding refunds etc.
